Hello and welcome to my Jeremy Sumpter Biography Page. Jeremy Robert Myron Sumpter was born on February 5, 1989, in Carmel, California. Most of his childhood was spent in a small Kentucky town. In 2000 he and his family moved to Los Angeles. Jeremy got his start in modeling and won the honor of "Pre-Teen Male Model of the Year" in 2000, among several other awards. He got his big-screen debut as young Adam Meiks in the 2001 thriller "Frailty", starring opposite another talented young actor, Matthew O'Leary. In 2002 Jeremy's work in film continued with the indie film "Local Boys", a surfing movie where he plays Skeet Dobson, and the Showtime coming-of-age movie "Just a Dream" as Henry Sturbuck. He also landed the title role in the "Peter Pan" movie released on Christmas, 2003. .
